Don’t lose it!!! There is a better life ahead, put your trouble in GODs hands…

I find it saddening that this women drove her car into the river with her 3 children.  I know things can get hard to deal with, but this is not the answer. I had tough time with the father of my children where he even threatened to kill me and the authorities would do nothing about it. Even with a recording of him telling me this. At times, I felt that I was all alone. I lost my job, do to the fact of him calling my workplace and harassing me and calling my boss and lying to her about me. The courts did nothing. I thought my world was going to end, but I hung in there and now today, I have a new career and business is booming.  My children unfortunately live with their father, because I am still trying to get an apartment, but I have my health and my children have their health. Soon, they will be with me again, I just do my best to make the best of it when I spend time with them and we are closer now than ever. They are older and they understand things even better. They are waking up to the horrible things their father did to me.

 

You see??? I put things in Gods hands and he has been putting things in their place. Remember, he will punish harder than we ever can. Payback is a bitch!!! I am just trying to appreciate life and work as hard as I can while I still have my health and be ready for when I can have my kids come and live with me. Not because the courts choose to, but because they want to come and live with me.

 

I wish that the law would take things more seriously, maybe I would not have had to go through what I went through.

Government Shutdown!!!!

Most people may not like it. I think that there is even a better solution. All of these senates should be cutting their own salaries as well as the president.  They are expecting to make budget cuts and cut more jobs and raise more taxes.  I say we take America back. If they want to meet to disagree and waiste time and money.  They could do this by conference calls or video conferences from home. No more flying or spending time in a building taking up space and wasting electricity if they are always disagreeing.

 

There are so many ways we can teach them to cut back that they would be stunned. I say cut all of their income to the amount the average American makes. You tell me if they are going to be happy about that one.  Let’s make them feel what we are feeling.  Counting your pennies to put gas or buy lunch or clothes for your kids.  I want to see what other budget cuts they will be making after they get a taste of what the average American is going through.

 

Start creating jobs where the upper management is making less than the worker who are really making the money for them.  Bringing back benefits and retirement even stronger.  We the American’s need to start demanding more.  Take our troops for instance.  Overseas!!!  Fighting a war that is no longer ours and yet it is costing us money and lives of our children.  Bring our boys and girls home and you will save millions right there.  We should only be interested if they try to hurt us again like the 9/11 incident.  Having our troops here and working is millions more cost efective than having them fight somewhere else.

 

I have so many other ideas where we can save this country millions and not hurting work, but producing work. Let’s cut through the red tape and get things happening again.  Where are all of our factories??? Overseas.

 

We should be ashamed to buy things for actors and artists who have clothing and perfume and who knows how many other things.  Ask yourself.  Is this person running their company 100% from America?  Or are they outsourcing.  Bring our businesses home.  In the next few days, I will be giving more ideas.  If you have any, please share them.

I am back…

It has been a little busy lately. Haven’t been able to write anything but let’s see. My schedule is getting busier which is good. If you have anything you would like to comment on, I welcome your comments. The price of gas keeps going up and food as well.  Things are tight, but life goes on. It is raining here in sunny Miami today. Hot and muggy!!! How is it where you are???

Something to think about…

Here is something very important that I have wanted to write about for a very long time. Please share this with all of the every one you know and ask them to share this with all of the people that they know.  This is information that is sooooo important to share with loved ones and friends. You may think that I am crazy, but I am not.  I am just using my rational side. Yes! We made these mistakes when we were young, but we did not have someone telling us what a big mistake we were making.  They only told us the bad effects that it would do to us.

Think of it this way… What if I were to tell you that whomever is using drugs or has used them in the past, is not really getting drugs.  In the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s, you were more likely to get something more pure. Nowadays, you are lucky.  You’ve hit the jackpot. What I am talking about is that today, your local drug dealer doesn’t care if he is giving you the real thing or not. He or she is interested in getting your money. So, you are not getting what you are paying for.

I ask you. Why are you spending money on something that is not what you think it is. You are taking away money from your family to get high on something that you don’t even know what it is and running around or committing a crime to get more money to get more. Especially, crack!!! Crack is something that I just can’t wrap my head around it. You are going to spend money for something that doesn’t even last 5 seconds and on top of that the people on the street are mixing what ever they can to sell it to you. The reason being is that you are coming back to get more, faster than they can produce it. So, what are they doing? They are mixing whatever they can and making money off of you, because you are just looking for the high that you crave for.  Guess what!!! You will never get it.

Face it! You are never going to feel that way.  Stop giving your money to people who are not going to give you what you are paying for.  Put better use and clean up your body. It is not worth dying for someones geniousness to say that you are going to get some pure stuff.

You can put your money to better use, like pay your bills and do things with friends and family. For those of you who do not have family or friends, once you have cleaned up your life, you will be able to establish a new life and have better friends.

Getting to know new things…

Ok!!! So, I have been working on this blog thing and I am getting the hang of it. The reason why I am writing a blog is because, I would like to share my ideas and state my opinion on things that are going on in the world. I find it helps me to get things out. Not everyone is going to agree with me, as some of you might. Whether it is good comments or bad, I want to hear about them. Maybe some good ideas will come out of this. I am not saying that I am a know it all or that I am perfect and the world is not. That is not the case. I just feel that if we speak up and start making changes, not only for ourselves, but for others. We might be able to make things better for the future. On upcoming blogs, I will talk about some important things that I would really like to talk about. I am interested in reading what you have to say on some of the subjects that I am going to put out. Frustration takes over…

Ok!  Here I have spent about 6 hours today trying to figure out how to link my facebook and yahoo page to my blog.  GRRRRRRR!!! Can someone help me. I know that when I was younger, I found things a lot easier to figure out when it came to computers, but now I am stumped with all this new stuff. If there is anyone out there, HEEEEEELLLLLPPPPP!!!

Are we Really that behind on education?

I have to touch on this topic, because it is the most important subject to get started on.  Since we are so focused on “NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND,” let’s really talk about it. I have to honestly say that the education that I received was not that good. I graduated high school in Las Vegas, NV in 1990. At that time, I was writing material at a 7th grade level. I wanted to go to college, but my grades were not that good and I couldn’t afford to pay for it. I did take out a student loan to study at a trade school which no longer exsists and couldn’t get a job for what I studied. Go figure!!!! I now owe more than $23,000.00 for a career that I was never able to get started and still trying to pay it of.  I was working in retail and decided that since I was getting no where with the career that I studied for, I started up the corporate ladder to find myself blindsided by a bunch of women that were willing to tear me apart in order to keep their jobs. Unfortunately, not very many people have the same drive as others and what they do to protect their position is lie, gossip and tear down the good people. 

I am sure that there are hundreds even thousands of stories just like mine out there.  But really, what I would like to know is how we let other countries beat us out on education. Most of the population in the US is filled with drop outs, who fall victims to drugs, crime and violence. This is the way they learn to survive. Look at Japan for a moment and study how they all have gone to school, but have learned a trade. We need to structure a curriculum that our future children have inspiration to invent things and run a business.

America!!! Where are companies that are made in the USA??? Most or all of them have gone overseas.  They pay a lot less to produce products out of the US and the quality is not good. I find myself throwing a lot of things away, because they fall apart. What happened to American made. We need to start bringing in to the curriculum, things that are going to be useful to our children so they can find a better job when they graduate. Become better people in life. 

I know this is like a catch 22, but instead of taking money away from teachers and away from schools. Invest in our schools and provide the education that we really need to learn. Engineering from middle school forward. Learning how to build the electronics and troubleshooting problems. Have an actual factory in the US again… IPODS, PHONES, COMPUTERS… you know what I mean.

Here today you will find everyone complaining about the problem, but not doing anything. No one is willing to start putting in the financial backing that is needed to get things going. Instead, you see millions thrown away on running politician screaming out how they are going to make changes and fight for what needs to be done and when they win.  NOTHING!!! There you have it.  Now you hear that the 2012 elections are coming around and how many millions each one is willing to spend to win.  Are you people serious!!!  Come on. Put money where it will be better usefull. I tell you, the person that is more responsible with is money would be the correct person to run for office. I will get more in detail as they days go by.  There is just so much that needs to be discussed. But we need to start by speaking up and making changes, by being active in everything that has to do with our laws and what goes on in our own back yard.  Stop worrying about what everyone else is doing.  Most of them are just destroying themselves and the millions being spent to help everyone else is killing us.  We need to worry about us.

Wake up America!!!

My name is Yolanda Llorente by marriage but, I like to go by Yolanda Montes De Oca, my name at birth. At the great age of 39, I have come to the point where we all like to say is, “ I am who I am from the errors in my life.”  We would all love to start life over knowing what we know now but that will never happen. I am logging on to share my thoughts of so many things that I see wrong in the world and I see that we just keep going with the flow. Let’s use the opportunity to stop sitting around and allowing people to go on doing as they please. This goes from people high up in the ranks of “Corporate America” to low life drug dealers. Let’s all get out the word that we are on to them and we are not going to stay quiet. Let’s take back America!!!
